Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 5, 2026

1. Welcome

Welcome to Skidamarink Kids. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you use skidamarinkkids.com (the “Site”), buy or use our online courses, downloadable guides, handouts, and other digital resources (together, the “Products”), or follow our emails and social media. The Site and Products are provided by Skidamarink Kids, LLC (“Skidamarink Kids,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or buying a Product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or the Products.

Our Tantrum Tamer app has its own separate Terms and Privacy Policy, which apply to the app. These Terms do not apply to the app.

2. Educational Content and Medical Disclaimer

Everything we share is for general educational purposes only. Our content comes from Kendra Worley, MOT, a pediatric occupational therapist, and our team. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not replace the care of your child’s pediatrician, occupational therapist, or other qualified professional. Using the Site or our Products does not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient, or any other professional relationship with us.

Every child is different. Please talk with your child’s healthcare provider before trying any activity or strategy we share, especially if your child has a medical condition, a diagnosis, or specific concerns about development, behavior, or safety. Stop any activity that causes your child distress or discomfort. Please do not delay or ignore professional advice because of something you read, watched, or learned from us. If you believe your child or anyone in your family is in crisis or having a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number right away.

3. No Guarantee of Results

We share our Products in good faith, but results vary from family to family. We cannot guarantee any specific outcome for you or your child. Testimonials reflect the experiences of the people who shared them and are not a promise of the same results.

4. Who May Use the Site and Products

The Site and Products are created for parents, caregivers, and educators who are 18 years of age or older. They are not intended for children.

5. Purchases, Pricing, and Taxes

Paid Products are sold through checkout partners such as Thinkific, and payments are processed securely by Thinkific and its payment partners. We do not store your full payment card information. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless checkout shows otherwise. Prices, launch pricing, and promotions may change at any time, and the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Where required, applicable taxes, such as sales tax or VAT, are added at checkout.

Digital Products are delivered online, and we do not ship physical items unless we say so at checkout. If you have a question about a charge, please contact us before contacting your bank so we can help resolve it quickly.

6. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If one of our online courses is not right for you, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. To request a refund, email us at operation@skidamarinkkids.com from the address used to purchase and include your name. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, and your access to the course ends once a refund is processed. Refund timing depends on your bank or card provider. The refund policy for any other Product is shown on that Product’s page at checkout.

If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another place with a legal right to cancel a distance purchase, that right is not limited by these Terms. If you are in the European Union, you can also withdraw from your purchase within 14 days using the withdrawal option on your billing page. Our 30-day guarantee is longer than the usual 14-day legal cancellation period, so you may request a refund on the same terms within 30 days, and we will honor your legal rights where they apply.

7. Courses, Access, and Your Account

Our courses are delivered online through Thinkific, a third-party course platform. You will need an internet connection and a free student account to access a course. Please keep your login information private. Your account is for one person, and you may not share your login with others.

“Lifetime access” means you may access a course for as long as we offer it. We plan to keep our courses available for the long term. We may update, improve, or reorganize a course at any time. Because courses are hosted on a third-party platform, access may be affected if we change platforms or stop offering a course. If we ever decide to stop offering a course or move it to a different platform, we will notify enrolled students by email in advance. If a course is discontinued, we will also give students the opportunity to download the course videos for personal use, or we will provide equivalent continued access on a new platform. Your use of the platform is also subject to Thinkific’s own terms and privacy policy.

8. Our Content and How You May Use It

The words, videos, guides, handouts, workbooks, graphics, logos, photos, and other materials on the Site and in our Products belong to Skidamarink Kids, LLC and Kendra Worley, and they are protected by copyright and other laws. This includes our Development-First framework and our course materials.

You may view and use our Products for your own personal, non-commercial use with your own family. You may download and print the guides, handouts, workbooks, and other resources for your own personal use. The guides and handouts are for your personal use only, so please do not share, forward, or distribute them. The one exception is the letters included in our courses, such as the letter for teachers, spouses, and grandparents. Those letters are made to be shared, and you are welcome to give or send them to the people who support your child. You are also welcome to talk with others about what you learn.

Please do not copy, record, resell, republish, or distribute our content, or use it to teach, train, or certify others or to build a competing product or service, without our written permission. You may not upload our content to any artificial intelligence tool, website, or database where it could be accessed, stored, or copied. You are always welcome to share a link to our pages. If you would like to quote a short excerpt from a blog post, please give credit to Skidamarink Kids and link back to the original.

To ask for permission to use our content, email us at operation@skidamarinkkids.com.

9. Comments, Messages, and Stories You Share

When you comment on our content, tag us, or send us a message, you are responsible for what you share. Please keep it kind and respectful, and please do not share private information about other people, especially children. We may remove comments or content that are harmful, unlawful, or off-topic.

If you share a testimonial, story, or photo with us, we will use it publicly only with your permission. You can ask us to stop using it at any time by emailing us.

10. Respectful Use

Please do not use the Site or Products to break the law, harass others, send spam, introduce harmful code, collect data with automated tools, post our Products online, use screen recording to copy our Products, or try to access areas you are not authorized to use. We may limit or end your access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated. If we end your access for that reason, we may not be able to offer a refund.

11. Links, Partners, and Affiliate Links

The Site and Products may link to other websites, products, and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. From time to time we may share affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you purchase through them, at no extra cost to you. We only recommend things we believe in.

We may also offer an affiliate program that lets others earn a commission for referring people to our Products. Anyone who joins the program must follow the program terms we provide and must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship, as required by law.

12. Availability and Disclaimer

We work hard to keep the Site and Products accurate and running smoothly. The Site and Products are provided “as is” and “as available,” and we do not promise that they will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors. Information may change as research and best practices develop.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Skidamarink Kids, LLC, Kendra Worley, and our team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Products. Our total liability for any claim related to a Product will not exceed the amount you paid us for that Product in the twelve months before the claim. You are responsible for deciding which strategies and activities are appropriate for your child and family. Some places do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

14. Visitors and Customers Outside the United States

The Site and Products are provided from the United States. You are welcome to purchase from another country as long as you can access our checkout and course platform. If you do, you are responsible for following the laws that apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived where you live.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will be posted on the Site with the date at the top. If we make a significant change, we will let enrolled students know by email. Continued use of the Site or Products after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Fannin County, Texas, unless the law requires otherwise. If you are a consumer outside the United States, this section does not remove any protection that the laws where you live give you. If you have a concern, we hope you will contact us first so we can work it out together.

17. General Terms

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest of the Terms stay in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any product-specific terms shown at checkout, are the complete agreement between you and Skidamarink Kids, LLC about the Site and Products. If something outside our control prevents us from delivering a Product for a time, such as a natural disaster, illness, a platform outage, or a change in law, we will not be in breach of these Terms, and we will work to restore your access as soon as we reasonably can.

18. Contact Us

If you have questions about these Terms, a Product, or a refund, please contact us at operation@skidamarinkkids.com.
